Call Touba PRODUCT USER GUIDE
There are only two simple steps to follow:
Step 1: After purchasing your card through our smart instant charge system, just click on "Access Numbers" from the above menu to pick one.
Step 2: Dial the access number that you picked and you are good to go! Be sure that your phone number is UNBLOCKED before dialing, otherwise our system WILL NOT recognize you and will ask you for a PIN (in order to identify you).
We suggest that you save the access number that you picked to your contacts under "Call Touba" that way you won't have to look for it next time you refill your account.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Q1: I have purchased a card and was emailed the receipt but no PIN yet. Where do I find my PIN? Do I have to wait for it? If so, how long?
A1: We do not send PINs because you DO NOT need one. All our cards are “pin-less.” Just pick a number from the “Access Numbers” page and dial it from the phone you purchased your card for. Our system will announce you how much credit (in dollars) you have on that card and will prompt you to dial your destination number.
Q2: I have purchased one of your cards and dialed the access number but it's still asking me to enter a PIN. I thought all your cards were pin-less?
A2: Yes, you are right! All our cards are pin-less. The reason why our system is asking you for a PIN could be caused by two things: either your phone number is set to private/blocked/restricted/unknown and our system cannot recognize it, or you made a mistake with the number while purchasing and your calling credit was sent to a different number other than the one you are dialing from.
Q3: None of the access numbers listed matches my area code, does it matter which one I use?
A3: No, not at all! You are free to use any of our access numbers regardless of your State of residence or area code. They all give the same exact number of minutes whether you use an in-state or out-of-state one. It does not matter at all. So feel free to use any of them that you like.
Q4: I'm so worried about my credit card security and personal information, is your system safe enough?
A4: Absolutely! At Call Touba we take your online security very seriously and therefore use the web's most secure online payment system. All your credit/debit card transactions are handled by PayPal (the world's leading online payment processing company based in the United States).
Q5: Will Call Touba know or store my card information?
A5: Not at all! All your credit/debit card purchases to us will be handled 100% by PayPal. Call Touba does not know neither does it store your credit/debit card information anywhere in its database.
Q6: If Call Touba doesn't know my credit/debit card information, how would they charge me and why would they give me credit on my phone? Are they crazy?
A6: Yes we are crazy about our customers' satisfaction and therefore use the most up-to-date- advanced engineering techniques to process your order once you place it using PayPal (this will simultaneously charge your card and process your order right away, all in a fraction of seconds).
Q7: I’m still confused and I need help right now. Do you have customer service representatives that I can contact for assistance?

Q8: I have multiple phone lines at the same time (mobile, home, office, and shop) and want to use my calling credit from any of them. Can you guys add all my numbers into one single account so I won’t have to buy credit for each of them?
A8: Absolutely! Just email us all the numbers that you wish to add to your account, including your primary phone number, to sales@calltouba.com and we will be more than happy to add them all for you into a single pinless account so you can call from any of them whenever you want.
Q9: I am using a public pay-phone, hotel, or company phone and wish to stay private or cannot unblock my caller ID. Your system keeps asking me for a PIN and I do not have one, what should I now?
A9: No worries! Just forward your PayPal receipt to sales@calltouba.com and request for a “Permanent PIN.”
