Placing calls with Call Touba from your home phone:

1. Dial the access number and listen for the greeting.

2. For calls to the U.S. and Canada, dial 1 + area code + the number you wish to call, when prompted.

3. For other countries, dial 011 + country code + city code + local number.

Placing calls with Call Touba from your cell phone:

When making a call with Call Touba from your cell phone, do not dial the number you are calling directly from your contact list.

To ensure that your call is placed using the Call Touba network, please follow these dialing instructions:

1. Dial any of the access numbers listed on our “Access Numbers” page and listen for the greeting.

2. Using the keypad, dial the phone number you wish to call.
DO NOT use your contact list and DO NOT press Send, OK or Call when you finish dialing the number.
(If you are dialing internationally from the U.S., dial 011 + country code + city code + local number.)
It is very important that you DO NOT press Send, OK or Call after dialing the number you are calling. If you do, this will cancel your Call Call Touba and the call will be carried and billed by your wireless service provider. Before each call connects, you will hear your account balance and minutes remaining.
